PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

General provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is an official document of Storm Marine Asia LLC, located at 48A, apt. 76/77, Nekrasovskaya St., Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, 690065 (hereinafter referred to as the Organization/Operator), and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) who use the services, information, and services of the company's website located at the domain name Operator") and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as Users) who use the services, information, and services of the company's website located at the domain name stormmarine.net (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

Collection of personal data

The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill the Operator's obligations to Users regarding the use of the Website and its services.

The User agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, etc., solely for the purposes specified in the “Collection of Personal Data” section of this Privacy Policy.

The User's personal data may be transferred at the request of authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Operator shall block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request or inquiry from the User, or their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, in the event of the discovery of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

Destruction of personal data

The user's personal data shall be destroyed upon withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the data subject. Such withdrawal must be sent to the Operator in writing.

Personal data protection

The company takes precautions—including legal, organizational, administrative, technical, and physical measures—to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” in order to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

The Company is not responsible for personal data provided by the user in the public domain: on forums, chats, social networks, other sites not controlled by the Company, where such information may be visible to other users and may be read, collected, or used by them. Such information is public.

The company retains personal data and user information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, except in cases where a longer period of data and information storage is required or permitted by law.

User requests
